The position is for part time employment. Responsibilities include general ledger accounting using QuickBooks, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable in addition to other responsibilities.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparing operational bill payment checks for signature.
  • Weekly report of accounts payable and receivables.
  • Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices.
  • Reconcile credit cards and match receipts.
  • Maintain filing up to date.
  • Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters
  • Excellent written and verbal skills

Essential Functions

  • QuickBooks entry — monthly, quarterly, annually
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Sales tax filings
  • Assist with special projects, depending on needs of managers and staff



  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience as a bookkeeper
  • 5+ years bookkeeper experience preferred
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence required
  • Must pass required skills testing
