Employee Benefits plan year is Aug 1st – July 31.
Open Enrollment for the upcoming benefits year is May 15 to June 16 2017.
In the Benefits Guide you will find detailed information for each available benefit being offered as part of our 2017/2018 Employee Benefit Plan. Complete enrollment instructions, as well as rates outlining the monthly costs for medical, dental, vision, and information regarding other coverages are included.
New employees have 30 days from their official date of hire to enroll in group benefits. New employee’s elected benefits are in effect on the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment.
Existing employees who become newly eligible due to a change in job status from Part Time to Full Time will have 30 days from the date of their status change to make their elections. Benefits are in effect the 1st of the month following the date of the status change.
Existing employees who have a benefits change as the result of a qualifying life event have no waiting period for the start of their newly elected benefits; however all changes MUST be made within 30 days following the date of the life event. Qualifying life events include but are not limited to: marriage, birth of a child, loss of other coverage, spouse’s annual enrollment. To implement a change in benefits as a result of a qualifying event, please contact Celeste Campopiano at firstname.lastname@example.org. Proof of the qualifying event must be presented.
Failure make election changes within the thirty (30) day enrollment period WILL result in forfeiture of the opportunity to enroll or make changes until the next Annual Enrollment.
. Annual Enrollment is the only opportunity for all benefits eligible employees to make changes to benefit elections without a Qualifying Life Event.
For life events that cannot be self-reported in the ADP benefits portal, an email must be sent to email@example.com within thirty (30) days of the actual event date.

Self-service online enrollment completed via ADP’s secure website at the link above is available 24 hours per day from any computer with internet access. Returning users simply log in with their existing User ID and Password. First Time users, please contact Human Resources for your User ID and temporary password.
