Plan to attend the 11th Annual Humanity Working to End Genocide Symposium, this year focusing on the opioid crisis. Sponsored by the Diocese of Venice, The Jewish Federation, The Sarasota Ministerial Association, and Drug Free Sarasota, the event will include a panel of area professionals as well as the story of one family’s personal struggle.  Bishop Frank J. Dewane is co-chair of the event and will deliver the invocation.
