Mission

The Human Resources Department oversees the implementation and revision of diocesan personnel policies, procedures and forms; serves as the administrator of diocesan conciliation and arbitration procedures; provides training education and support for managerial/supervisory employees in application of personnel policies; and generally assists parishes and schools on personnel matters and screening of employees.
