What is the Golden Rose Award? The Venice Diocesan Council of Catholic Women annually recognizes exemplary young women across the diocese by awarding them the Golden Rose Award. Each of the recipients are practicing Catholics exemplifying the characteristics of leadership, spirituality, and the ability to initiate and complete a meaningful service project.
