Year of Parish Revival

The Eucharist is the heart of the Church.

Where Eucharistic life flourishes, there the life of the Church will blossom.

The National Eucharistic Revival, a movement called for by all the Bishops of the United States, is a call for a revival of belief in, and reverence for, the Most Holy Eucharist. The second phase of the National Eucharistic Revival began on June 11, 2023, and fosters Eucharistic devotion at the Parish level.

New Video Series Released About the Eucharist:  Jesus and the Eucharist, a seven-part video series has just been released in partnership with the Augustine Institute, the USCCB, and the National Eucharistic Congress. When introducing the series, Bishop Andrew Cozzens, Chair of the National Eucharistic Revival, noted, “Our hope is that the fire which burned in the hearts of the first Christians begins to burn in our hearts in a new and powerful way, so that we can’t help but share with others what is burning within us. When that happens, when we become missionaries to the whole of the Good News of our salvation in Christ, then we fulfill in our time the Great Commission which Jesus has given to us: ‘Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.’”
