Presented by the St. John Paul II Foundation in collaboration with the Diocese of Venice and Southwest Florida Guild of the Catholic Medical Association, this one-day conference will offer continuing education credits for healthcare professionals, with presentations centered on the theme of Catholic Social Doctrine in Medicine. The Conference equips healthcare professionals to practice the highest ethical and medical standards of their profession. 

The conference will cover important and culturally relevant issues with excellent Catholic speakers: 

 The Implications of Catholic Social Doctrine for Health Care by Rev. Peter Fonseca, MA, MS, MDiv
 The Origins, Challenges, and Ethics of Transhumanism by Michael J. Deem, PhD
 The Science and Ethics of In Vitro Fertilization by Daniel Kuebler, PhD
 And much more!

Converging Roads will offer continuing education credits for the following healthcare professionals:

 Physicians (6 hours CME)
 Physician Assistants (6 hours CME)
 Nurse Practitioners (6 hours CNE)
 Nurses (6 hours CNE)
 Chaplains (6 CE hours)
