The Venice Diocesan Council of Catholic Women acts through its members to support, empower, and educate all Catholic women in spirituality, leadership, and service. Our programs respond with Gospel values to the needs of the Church and society in the modern world. We are united with the Church and its teachings and strive to serve as an instrument for unified action in all matters affecting Catholic or National welfare.

Our Theme

A letter from our president

As the President of the Venice Diocesan Council of Catholic Women, I have the great honor to choose the theme that will guide and direct my term in office from 2025 through 2027. With much thought and prayer, I have chosen the theme to be “Trust ~ Surrender ~ Believe ~ Receive”.

I believe that these are the key words related to spiritual growth and faith. Trusting God, surrendering to His will, and having faith, lead to receiving spiritual blessings. If you trust, surrender, and believe, you will receive. Surrendering completely to God is a transformative act of faith. When we release the grip of our own control and place our trust fully in Him, we open the door to clarity, peace, and purpose. Total surrender does not mean abandoning responsibility; rather, it means entrusting God with the outcomes while doing our part with a heart aligned to His will.

As I embark on this journey, it will be the affirmation, love, prayers, and unending support that will catapult me to be the best leader I can be serving humbly as your President of the Venice Diocesan Council of Catholic Women.
